We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. So long as your item is within the 30 day return period, you can request an exchange or refund for any circumstance. We would like every purchase you make with us to be perfect!
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, the one which was emailed to you by The Riff Store for example. If you can’t provide this then please provide us with your name and the shipping address used for the purchase so we can identify your order and confirm that you are the person who purchased it.

Be sure to attach the purchase receipt, proof of purchase, or your order information so we can locate the order. Please also provide the reason for the return when sending the email as well as whether you are requesting a refund or replacement for the item(s).
Once we’ve received your email, we’ll take roughly 48 hours to confirm your order information and provide a replacement tracking number or refund receipt.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at Email: therifenah@gmail.com. Provide us with your purchase receipt or name and shipping information so we can identify your order.
Refunds
If you requested a refund when sending your email to us we will have it refunded via your original payment method. PayPal refunds are usually reflected instantly whereas Credit Cards refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account.
